Practical Engagement: Engage in SDG-related projects in different countries, collaborating with SDGs Challenge Partners (businesses, charities, governments, NGOs, etc.) to practice and advance the achievement of the SDGs.

International Collaboration: Join the interdisciplinary and multicultural teams with peers from around the world, working together to solve real-world issues related to the 17 SDGs goals and building lasting international friendships and professional connections that will benefit their future careers.

Diverse Mentorship: Receive guidance from international mentors across leading industries and academic fields, providing them with professional insights and support throughout the project.

Skill Enhancement: Develop the skills that are needed to tackle major and urgent global challenges, including innovative thinking, cross-cultural communication, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities.

 # About Future 17 # 

Future 17 is a new global initiative offered by the University of Exeter and Quacquarelli Symonds Limited (QS) in the UK with participation from leading international universities. It is designed to support students in developing skills needed for tackling 21st-century global challenges through working with industry and academic mentors as well as peers from around the world to create innovative solutions for real-world issues associated with one or more of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Students form international, interdisciplinary, and multicultural teams with their peers from a consortium of universities to work on projects defined by SDGs Challenge Partners (businesses, charities, governments, NGOs, etc.).

DKU Innovation and Entrepreneurship Initiative (DKU InE) serves as a comprehensive teaching and practical platform as well as a resource center. We are dedicated to inspiring students to cultivate innovative minds, engage in creative practices, and encourage them to transform ideas into meaningful and impactful actions.
